I would like to say that we are very happy with the final result of the work that was done on our house and garage i.e. the roof and gutter replacement Our representative was Jim Heisler and I must say he worked very hard through this process dealing with all the. Obstacles our insurance company through at us ,I really give him credit for not giving up ,he kept us informed and updated as it moved through every challenge. He answered every call from us ,bottom line is he takes ownership in his job ,and he delivered We would most definitely recommend him on handling the job and process It takes to get it done thank you Jim. Of the 15 company reps that came to our door ,he was the one that assured us that his company is local ,focusing on the community and that they stand by there business model at satisfying there customers thats why we decided to put our trust in your company and now through it all we are very pleased. Never Gave up
I contacted TTLC due to a Raccoon eating through my roof and Andrew came out to do a free inspection within the hour. That prompt service was followed up with exceptional communication, follow through and work. It took 3 month for my insurance to finally approve the new roof and during that 3 months Andrew and the TTLC team work hard to get it covered. Andrew never lost contact with me and always made sure I knew what the status of my account was. Once I was finally approved they were here within a couple days to get the job done. The team that worked on my roof so very nice and courteous and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend TTLC I’m a heartbeat. Thank you Andrew and TTLC! Your company is the prime example of great team work!
Excellent Service, Flexible & Highly Professional
Excellent overall experience and great service. Everything on time and high quality of workmanship. Louie was the contact and he was in the project from roof inspection to product delivery to installation. All workers were trained well and worked on property great manners and protected house surrounding from debris and cleaned up after the work. Louie was very e polite and understanding and flexible. Always approachable via text even late hours and responded within minutes. Louie suggested top quaiity product even without asking. I like Oewing DURATION shingles with 50 years gaurentee and thats what he suggested to begin with. All in all i would definitely recommend anyone to this company and ask for Louie as contact. I even had my neighbor referred to him and they are working with him currently.
Helpful and honest
After suffering a damaged roof due to high winds, I contacted TTLC to discuss repairing/replacing my roof. Andrew came out to my home and offered an honest assessment of the issues seen and also took the time to go through my policy with me. It is absolutely amazing to encounter a representative who not only values their work, but believes in the company who they work for. Thank you Andrew for making the entire process feel streamlined and understandable!!
Very Professional
House repairs can be sometimes very stressful at time, from picking colors to picking products, Andrew from TTLC has made this experience seem-less, from his communication to project updates and final walks to ensure the costumer is happy with the final installation.

A large hail storm damaged my home in April. My neighbor highly recommended to contact Todd at TTLC. It was the best decision! Todd and his team were professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. Todd also helped me through the insurance claims process. His team installed the roof the following week! I now have a brand new roof, gutters and downspouts and my house looks brand new! Thank you TTLC!

Tim Was a great guy, nice friendly and got on it. If it wasn’t for our insurance probably would’ve had roof on and done in a week. If your looking for Roof etc ask For Tim you won’t regret it.
Servant heart
I want to honor and thank Davin for his open willingness to help us as a good neighbor. On the evening of Saturday 5/27/23, a dear friend of ours invited us to have dinner at her house in the same neighborhood as Davin. Her son has a dog(Elwood) who like to RUN! Needless to say Elwood got out and RAN. At one point after I had been chasing Elwood for 20 minutes or so we ran past Davin’s house and he was moved to help. Davin and chased after Elwood who chased after birds and rabbits. It seemed as though Elwood would never quit. Davin persisted and with deep conviction persevered; eventually, Elwood found himself trapped in a driveway and Davin lunged and grabbed ahold of his collar. Without Davin’s help I don’t believe we could have retrieved this energizer bunny of a dog. We are VERY grateful for Davin and you should be proud to have him as one of your very own! He is a blessing. We noticed his company vehicle and he represents your company well. And in the future if we incur any storm or other restoration needs we will be calling TTLC!
