Roofing
Louise helped us out so much navigating with our insurance company to insure our roof replacement was covered. Excellent communication from start with the estimate to the installation of our new roof. He truly made me feel at ease with the whole process and the workers did an amazing job in one day. Installation was done in a quick, timely and efficient manner and could not be more impressed.
Response Time
Great experience- even the second time around! TTLC has completed a commercial roofing project for me and when we also had a broken window I was able to call and schedule a replacement right away. This is a customer service oriented company with a rapid response time to customer needs.
Siding
Ttlc has done a lot of work for me. Kyle is someone who definitely goes above and beyond his job. Kyle will let you know if there is damage to your property and if it is worth filing to insurance. Not only that, I had a really bad deductible with my insurance. Ttlc worked with me to get everything I need done. Truly a great company to work with. They did all the calls with insurance and everything.
Great company
After having several roofing companies promise the world, but not coming through. I was pleased to meet Kyle Luke with TTLC. This young gentleman was more knowledgeable than some of the veteran roofers I dealt with. Answered all my questions always polite always going above and beyond. All the members of TTLC are polite and professional. I highly recommend them, thanks TTLC
Roof Looks Great
As discussed before Jordan Rhodes was extremely helpful and professional. I wanted to write a 2nd review to express my thoughts on the team that conducted the actual hardwork.. They were efficient and friendly. Completed the massive job a head of schedule and did an excellent job cleaning the area after the work. I would use TTLC again and would recommended Jordan Rhodes to any neighbors or family members.
