Todd helped us through the whole process. We were skeptical that the insurance wouldn’t pay or worried that something would go wrong but everything went as expected. Todd helped select the perfect roof and we couldn’t be happier. We’ve had the roof for a few months and have had no problems. Everyone at TTLC exceeded our expectations!

After recent wind storms and numerous calls to roofing companies we decided to go with TTLC because Todd was right on point with the scope of work that needed to be done. Todd was honest and upfront with us and he handled everything from the roof install to the gutters and downspouts. Todd and TTLC do an outstanding job and the quality of work is superb. Would definitely recommend Todd and TTLC to anyone.

OUTSTANDING!
The entire process of getting a new Roof including gutters/downspouts was painless and flawless. This is primarily due to TTLCs project manager, Louie Petrov. Initially, Louie met with me, inspected my roof, and then explained to me in detail the condition/damage of the roof and whether to file an insurance claim (which I did). In addition, he explained best shingle/vent/gutter alternatives, associated guarantees, etc. I was truly impressed by not only his knowledge of everything Roofing but more so his understanding the intricacies of the Roofing Insurance Claim process. Louie managed the entire process with the insurance company (ie appraisers, adjusters) always keeping me well informed. Any questions/requests were always promptly returned. Ultimately, a beautiful new roof (gutters/downspouts)! The TTLC roofer/gutter professionals who did the work - tear down and replacement, were skilled in their craft, timely and courteous. They meticulously cleaned up upon completion. TTLC, admin staff, skilled laborers and in particular my excellent project manager, Louie P made my Roofing journey a great success. Outstanding!
Professional and knowledgeable
After a significant hail storm, we knew it was finally time to get our roof replaced. Justen was knowledgeable and upfront about all aspects of the process. He worked with the insurance company after a small hiccup. I felt like I really didn’t have to do anything! It was relieving to not have to worry about all the little steps involved. The crews were quick and did a wonderful job. I’m glad we decided to go with Justen and TTLC for this all important project.

Great Process Start to Finish
Rodolfo did an excellent job explaining the process and advocating for our roof needs with our insurance carrier. There were some tough conversations, but everything worked out in the end with a new roof. The work was completed by a great crew who was up front about any issues and took care of the site, making sure everything was clean when they finished. . Top notch experience from day one!

Terry was very involved with the roof installation yesterday 10-11 he stopped by twice and informed me that he was there checking on the installation. Willing to answer any questions that I had and explained what to expect. He visited the following day to ensure that the yard was clean and that the job was completed
