Storm damage/Roof replacement
I cannot say enough good things about Justen Penn and how he navigated us through the process of getting our roof replaced after the hailstorm in April of 2023. I had several companies drive by our home, stop and tell me they can get us a new roof and our insurance company will pay for it. I was skeptical of these sales approaches and after talking with a neighbor he recommended TTLC and Justen Penn. I made the call and Justen came out to look at the roof and give me his assessment. He was also on site at when the State Farm adjuster came to review our claim and made sure everything was noted on the estimate. We initially were turn down for a full replacement and was only allowed to repair what was damaged. Justen assured me that their response was what he expected and asked me to be patient and went about process of proving to State Farm they needed to do more. Once they approved the new roof TTLC came and in 2 days this great crew tore off and replaced the roof bringing it up to new codes. The roof looks great, the was crew great and also did an amazing clean up before leaving. Thanks again Justen for all you did for us and your dedication and know how on dealing with the toughest of Insurance companies.
