OUTSTANDING!
The entire process of getting a new Roof including gutters/downspouts was painless and flawless. This is primarily due to TTLCs project manager, Louie Petrov. Initially, Louie met with me, inspected my roof, and then explained to me in detail the condition/damage of the roof and whether to file an insurance claim (which I did). In addition, he explained best shingle/vent/gutter alternatives, associated guarantees, etc. I was truly impressed by not only his knowledge of everything Roofing but more so his understanding the intricacies of the Roofing Insurance Claim process. Louie managed the entire process with the insurance company (ie appraisers, adjusters) always keeping me well informed. Any questions/requests were always promptly returned. Ultimately, a beautiful new roof (gutters/downspouts)! The TTLC roofer/gutter professionals who did the work - tear down and replacement, were skilled in their craft, timely and courteous. They meticulously cleaned up upon completion. TTLC, admin staff, skilled laborers and in particular my excellent project manager, Louie P made my Roofing journey a great success. Outstanding!
